Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 2026
This page explains how the site uses cookies, local browser storage, tags, pixels, and similar technologies in a no-backend deployment.
How cookies and storage are used
attestationletter.com does not use a login session cookie because the site has no account system and no backend application session. However, the site does use local browser storage for the generator and may use always-on measurement and advertising-related technologies depending on the service and your choices.
Local browser storage
The generator can temporarily autosave draft content in your browser using localStorage. This is used only to help you recover recent work on the same device and browser.
- The draft is stored locally on your device, not in our database.
- The current implementation keeps the draft for up to 24 hours before it expires.
- You can clear it by resetting the generator or clearing site storage in your browser.
Analytics and tracking
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for always-on site measurement. It also uses CookieConsent to manage advertising preferences in the browser and a Google tag configured with consent defaults that deny advertising storage until you make a choice.
We do not intend to use these tools to send the letter text you generate. Their purpose is site measurement, diagnostics, traffic analysis, consent signaling, and advertising delivery on eligible content pages where applicable.
External resources and infrastructure
The site is statically hosted on Vercel and serves its main assets directly from the deployment. When the Google tag is present, your browser may also request Google-hosted script resources so consent mode can operate correctly. If you accept advertising, eligible content pages may also request Google AdSense resources. Those providers may receive technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and request timing in order to deliver the site and related assets.
Analytics cookies and identifiers
Vercel Web Analytics may process page views, referrers, device details, and similar usage signals for site measurement. If you allow advertising, Google consent signals can also be updated and Google AdSense resources can load on eligible content pages.
We do not intend to send the letter text you create to these tools. Standard request metadata such as page URLs, referrers, browser details, interaction events, and consent-related status signals may still be processed.
Managing cookies and storage
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, extensions, and device settings may also limit or block measurement-related requests. You can also reopen the consent interface on this site to change advertising choices at any time.
